I am a very Blessed Girl.

I live in a beautiful village and a wonderful house with an amazing garden full of trees and wildlife.

We love all the animals who share our space with us.

This picture is of our gorgeous pheasant. We call him ‘erbert, He comes to the kitchen window several times a day to be fed. One day he even flew onto the window sill and tapped at the window.

“Oi, oi, you lot in there. It’s deep mid-winter and I’m starving”

Just over a year ago, Mr James Dyson of Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Fame, spent some of his gazillions of pounds buying up all the agricultural land around our village.

Come October…. Shooting Season – (Come on in elitist barstewards  with too much money. Pay a King’s Ransom to Mr Dyson and kill wtf you want) … our garden is FULL of clever/frightened pheasants. We feed and protect them all.
