I follow Conspiracy-R-Us and have done for ages. To my mind, this video is amazing and a very important puzzle piece in the Hidden History trail.

My house is full of pictures/prints. I LOVE ART. Giotto, Picasso, Raphael, Van Gogh, Durer, Russel Flint….

I have also painted in oils, watercolour and gouache.  Very badly but I tried :o)

This is a painting on a wooden board (watch video) in my kitchen. Bad photo because it’s above a doorway, I have 12 foot high walls and I’m only 5ft 8.

This one hangs in my favourite room in the house. It is a Van Gogh oil painting on canvas. My son bought it for me last year from an “art” factory in China. It can’t be framed yet because oils take so long to dry!!!

 

And then there is the 17thC………..

Two books that I’ve studied many times. Something very strange happened in the 1600’s. If you know about the Spanish Match, when Buckingham and Prince Charles went on an adventure to Spain to secure a Spanish bride for the future Charles I, you will know that they bought up many, many art works and shipped them back to England at great expense, bankrupting the Treasury. Or so they say.

And as for Richelieu;s art collection  (also that of his successor Mazarin) Mind – bloody – blowing!
