Y’all may have guessed that I am a HUGE fan of Silent Movies! I collect them.

This film below links with my recent Pandora’s Box post in a few ways. For one – it is an earlier GW Pabst film than Pandora’s Box.

For two – it stars my first favourite actress Greta Garbo. A gal equally as much as a pain in the proverbial to ‘the powers that be’ as my second favourite actress Louise Brook(e)s.

There is also a bit of controversy about this film. Some say it has Marlene Dietrich in a very minor role. Oh. BTW, she is my third favourite badass :o)

I will be re-watching Blue Angel next. And then Nosferatu. You’ve been warned.
