Take off your shoes and socks and find some cold water. A brook or stream is best but a bath or even a bowl will do…with ankle depth cold water in.
Stomp about like a child in a puddle for a minute of two.
If the weather is warm – get out and let your feet dry naturally.
If cold – dry feet and put on warm socks.

TAKE YOUR TONGUE OFF THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH.
