Oh btw, when you do this properly – counter-intuitive as it sounds – the lower abdomen pushes OUT!
Hold that breath for 10 seconds. No. You won’t die.
If you start to feel giddy it’s just everything inside screaming WTF is happening?
Exhale for the count of 10.
Lower abdomen pulls in. Raises xyz to push out the accumulated blahdeblah.
Repeat.
Three times is grand.
Unless you like falling over from too much good stuff.
I’d make a rubbish public teacher.
But at least it’s a do-as-I-do and not do-as-I-say.
