I was very brave this morning.

I ventured out to Lincoln for the first time in many months. It’s a half hour drive away but crimbo pressies needed to be bought.

Someone, somewhere is spending a Lot of Money on the regeneration of Lincoln. So much being newly built. But at the top of the High Street…after all the same old, same old shops you see Everywhere…is the Stonebow. Pictured above.

A few minutes walk through there brings you to Steep Hill.

 

 

A Killer Freaking Climb that leaves you breathless. But at the top of here you get…

 

Castle Square.

Turn around and facing the Cathedral is…

 

Lincoln Castle.

Shame about the new stuff. I kinda like the old stuff!
