I’ve no idea about anyone else but my panic attacks feel like Heartburn.

Have you ever had that? Where your Heart is literally burning?

Some call it acid reflux.

Well. At 5 am this morning, that’s how my attack started. And EVEN I said, “No, it’s just heartburn.”

Shows how much I really know :o(

What I felt went waaaaaay beyond acid reflux. It was like my heart was being ripped in two. The pain literally took my breath away. So I felt dizzy. Had to lie down on the cold, hard tiles to stop from falling. And lay there about 10 mins, in the fetal position, with my arms crossed over my chest.

Yup. I could’ve taken Gaviscon. But…..m’eh!

TMI?
