I had an unexpected gift the other day. Woohoo!
An extremely creative and unique deck, the Vice Versa Tarot features art on both sides of the card, one side showing the front view and one side the back view. Like the two sides of a coin, the Vice Versa Tarot gives perspective and flow, capturing the energy of day and night, action and understanding.
The companion booklets for most Lo Scarabeo decks are in five languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.
Oh my. Beautiful. And intriguing. And easy to shuffle.
I tend to struggle with most cards. My hands must be quite small and I tend to scatter them everywhere, which is frustrating and makes me feel a little stupid.
Unless y’all haven’t guessed yet – I don’t use tarot to divine the future, but as an insight. A self-learning tool, if you like. A different and more intuitive way of seeing into, and trying to make sense of, the strange complexities in life.
And I like pretty pictures, too :o)
