Comfrey

This is too bizarre!

I planted a single comfrey in my veg patch about 10 years ago. It’s now taken over about a half of a quarter of a vegetable garden.

A glorious plant. BIG!

With many, many uses. I harvest the leaves, put them – all squished down – in a bucket and leave it out for the rain to fall.

When the bucket is full of rain water, take the leaves out and you have yourself a gorgeous, organic fertiliser that helps ALL other plants. Do the same with them pesky nettles.

Grand organic plant growth medicine :o)

Oh. And it helps hoomans too!
