I know that I’m a pickled onion short of a ploughman’s lunch but I’ve tried (and failed) to trace the path of this “book.”

Via Jehanne. Via her accusers. Via her family. Via Mainstream History. Via Charles d’Orleans. Via novels. Via Shakespeare. Via Vita Sackville-West and all who followed this path.

I have come to a conclusion!

In MY Humble Opinion – The Book of Poitiers never, ever, ever existed. Nor Jehanne’s mission. Trial. Death. Etc. Etc. Etc.

And SHE was only canonised by the CC in 1920 ? ? ?
