And I needed something very absorbing to occupy the mind-space so I’ve been teaching myself “proper” astrology. Yes, this is NOT easy… but being me, I had to go just a bit too barmy and chose to do this via Egyptian Astrology.

Which means, in effect, that I’m teaching myself to read “ancient” Egyptian hieroglyphics!!!!

Eeeeek.

First Lesson. The planets are all symbolised by a figure (human) carrying a staff/stave. Except the Sun and the Moon which are circles, with or without a figure inside.

OK. Got that – eventually –  now on to lesson two :o)
