E. M. Forster – Where Angels Fear to Tread….which a zillion years ago was one of my Eng Lit exam books :o(

Where Angels Fear to Tread (1905) is a novel by E. M. Forster. The title comes from a line in Alexander Pope’s An Essay on Criticism: “For fools rush in where angels fear to tread”.

P.P.S, Alexander Pope – much admired … Alexander Pope (21 May 1688 – 30 May 1744) is regarded as one of the greatest English poets, and the foremost poet of the early eighteenth century.

Was born in the 17th century. Oh. My. Fluff.

The RAMPANT theft has been going on – like – forever?
