Time On Your Hands?

I’m making French Onion Soup today.

And NO! That’s not as tactless as it sounds, considering some of the videos going around right now.

I had loads of onions in the pantry and rather than follow the latest trend and destroy them, I thought I’d make soup.

This is one of those meals that I adore. I have a traditional French recipe that takes ages to cook – no pierce and ping chez moi!

But your time is soooo rewarded when you come to eat.

The best F.O.S that I’ve EVER tasted wasn’t in France but New York. And also in Dubai…where it was served in a hollowed out whole grain cottage loaf.

Droooooooooooool!
