Gazpacho

I first had homemade gazpacho in Spain when I was 17. And loved it.

But that one was very garlicky and had ice cubes in.

I’m kind of liking this recipe too. I saw it when first shown on TV but had forgotten – until just now :o)

P.S. I’m not, in any way, shape or form, green with envy at Sarah’s house and garden. I’m NOT!….? ? ?
