…I vibe with this family.
One of the many, many of them is the fact that both father and son naturally call each other MATE. As in trusted friend.
Some countries insist on the son addressing the father as SIR.
No surprises here but : I used to regularly get into “trouble” for not calling my “superiors” Sir/Ma’am.
Respect is earned by your good and faithful actions in my world.
