D’y’all remember this plandemic?

I do. VIVIDLY. Unfortunately

Acres of burning cows and every wellie and car tyre disinfected. Just in case it/the Disease magically flew from the cows to us hoomans (!)

Sick AF! And I still can’t work out WHY IT did it :o(

All I know (as a cook) is that – for many years after it’s been IMPOSSIBLE to buy meat on the bone. Or, as I used to do, go to the local butcher for huge marrow bones. For (always 1st) the dog…and to make stock.

It’s been known for EVERS that cooking meat on the bone :

Cooks faster ‘cos bone conducts/holds heat.

Tastes better ‘cos of the marrow.

Is harder to carve ‘cos you need a very sharp knife and a bit of skill.

WTF?

How long has IT been trying to pollute and STARVE us?
