They …the film company… sent me an email enquiring about the possibility of filming my novel. If I had handed over MY rights to MY work for a whole year, they’d’ve paid me a (negotiated) amount of £ to tie ME to them as they ummed and ahhed and squabbled.

Been there. Done that with tooooooo many famous Literary Agents and Publishers and I still have a file full of rejection letters.

Every single contact ended btw Me and Endemol when I told them that I…as in ME…owned ALL and Every RIGHT to my novel.

And MY sub-text was “Go away and do NOT play me for a Wannabe, Money Grubbing, Make ME Famous, puhlease&thankyou FOOL.”
