The Haunting of Covent Garden Station

I am not a fan of the Tube. Never have been. Nor the Métro. Both of which I have travelled on.

But this video has been on my mind for a while and a re-watch has reminded me of a weird theory (?!) that I have.

If you watch this/and if you’ve ever been on the tube…you’ll see/know just how deep down these tunnels can be. It doesn’t surprise me in the least that so many burial sites have been uncovered.

Which leads to MY “weird” theory.

In my mind, when a person dies, their spirit/energy/soul automatically heads home. To safety. And comfort. And loved ones. The place where they always felt happy and comfortable and welcome. And to stretch that a little further – in my head this means – a grave or final resting place or whatever is not (OK, may not) be from whence a haunting occurs ?

What about cremation – as in Viking Style and others? How do you find/disturb/dig up dust in an ocean or river and “release a spirit?”

Take that as you will :o)
