Most people today only know about Flamel because of a series of children’s book (!)

He is rather an interesting “historical” character though. I came to research him through René d’Anjou, whom I was researching, many years ago, because of Jehanne d’Arc.

There is a very real link between all three of the above.

As for the Philosopher’s Stone, Sacred Union and Flamel’s reputation for being an alchemist – if you read all the texts from a different viewpoint you’ll begin to understand that the P. Stone is NOT and NEVER will be a physical object that turns lead to gold, or whatever.

Nor is Sacred Union quite what we’ve been led to believe.

Alchemy? Well, that depends on YOUR point of view.

BTW – all the above are attainable if and when you do the work.
