I have just talked to the Welsh relatives on the phone. A bittersweet conversation :o(

Colette had the storm brewing in the West Ireland yesterday. It hit South Wales last night/early morning.

A daughter lives a 10 minute drive from her mother and they’ve not been together for about 3 weeks. Until today.

Said daughter has a daughter living in England who she’s not been with since January. WHAT?

All will come and visit here….when/maybe/if/perhaps/soon/according to the doctor’s say so/bank balance etc etc etc!

Apparently…. Some people in Wales are sticking STRICTLY to the 5 mile travel zone!!!!!!!!!!!

SMH and sob.
