CURRY Experts Aboundeth!

I grew up with “Chinese” Curry. Singapore.

Himself grew up with “Indian” Curry. Nepal.

Youngest son knows Everything there is to know about Indian Curry because he spent his early 20’s in the Middle East. Which fact is doubled edged because he also found iHop and American breakfasts/pile of pancakes/maple syrup etc!

Oldest son has always loved Curry and just treated us all to a FULL Indian (cooked by Indians) Curry meal.

But he missed off a few things. Sag Aloo. Rogan Josh. Peshwari/Keema Naan et al. Apparently (?)

And – I swear – there must be a Worldwide Shortage of Limes because we can’t get Lime Pickle Anywuheres :o(
