In my entire life, I’ve yet to meet a Normal Person who will wilfully quote tracts of the Bible at me.

Even though an “acclaimed” version of said book is named after one of OUR monarchs. KJV.

WE just DO NOT do this.

We are a Christian country. We understand the Bible. BUT – we also go far beyond words in a book. We live off and have deep respect for the land. We live and understand “Do as you would be done by.”

We live and understand Nature, Weather, History etc.

And the further EAST we travel, the more we meet OTHERS who are even more understanding than we are.

I have a Bible given to me at my Christening by my god-parents. It’s tiny and covered with my younger me’s crayon drawings.

Puh- lease, peeps.
