Between now and the second week in November, Mars is in Retrograde.

A nice gesture but unasked for and unwanted. Because I was NOT reaching out for Help!

EGO is not this or that.

EGO just IS.

EGO steps in whenever we are in so much pain that we can no longer tolerate anymore.

EGO protects. FACT!

Who controls EGO though? EXACTLY what pain are you protecting yourself from?
