I drove down this road countless times en route to do a 12 hour stint/duty at Tiergarten. The office was right between the Brandenburger Tor and the Reichstag. Fond memories of Russian conscripts going through MY gates to guard their Soviet War Memorial. I opened the gates. They smiled and waved :o)

BTW – I wasn’t the only girlie one that ever did duty there…despite my bragging !
