I feel a huge burden of shame and guilt about many of my words and actions over the last 3 years.

I’ve done and said things that I have NEVER done and said in my entire life before.

But then (and this could be a Narc excuse!) I have been systematically and totally HUMILATED by many “people” in both private and public during this time.

P.S. Karma = Divine Law = You Get What You Give = Do As YOU Would Be Done By.

I am what I am. And I CAN and WILL give back to You what You give to me .
