In my late teens/early20’s I had a 22/24 inch waist.

I didn’t need a corset contraption. I just joined HM Forces and spent every day being “beasted” by Beasts who’d make us run lots and climb stupid rope ladders and even more stupid 8 ft high brick walls…from a running jump.

I still have my No1, Dress Uniform Belt.

I’ve had kids and good times and bad times and my waist is no longer tiny. My cheek bones have gone into full retreat and someone came along in the night and gave me four UnderChins.

Humiliation around every corner for any woman over 20 years old and and over 5 stone 1 ounce in weight :o(
