Cutting Cords starts when we are born. We are physically cut from our mother.

The cord that has fed us for 9 months is severed. It shrivels, bloodless and lifeless. And is thrown in the bin like rubbish.

There are other ways to cut cords. Ways that I learned a very long time ago. We can also cut Spiritual Cords that tie us to the Toxic. The Unwanted. The Con-trollers. The Liars/Cheats/Thieves and all-round Bad Eggs.

It is easy to do but must be done OFTEN and with True Faith and Trust.

Now. THE Chain is slightly different.

This needs every ounce of TRUE STRENGTH & COMPLETE FAITH to cut free from.

When I first read the book excerpted in the image above, I took my F1RST step towards something approaching understanding.

And yes. I’m having a MacWoodFleet moment because I just LOVE the way Stevie looks at Lindsay, her long-term Toxic partner, with such naked, painful accusation.
