OK. I’d planned a German Tea. A fave of ours. Currywurst.
BUT (and this is where I failed) I can’t buy Bratties in town. We have to go to Lincoln to get Real German Bratwurst. I didn’t go and (stupidly) subbed the bratty for Frankfurter/HotDogs from a tin.
Even my special Homemade Currywurst Sauce did NOT rescue my rep. Sigh.
So it was scooped up out of the saucepan and put in a jar overnight.
BOOOOM! I’ve just tasted some yesterday sauce and almost blown my cranium apart. Note to Self : Use LESS Hot Curry Powder or stick with Mild Curry Powder. Sheesh. That cleared my sinuses :o)
