…Cut up EVERYTHING left from Christmas Dinner. This year it is – Chicken, Yorkshire puds, Brussel sprouts, Broccoli, Carrots, Stuffing, Sausage meat stuffing, Roast potatoes, Bread sauce, Pigs in blankets along with the gravy, horseradish sauce (mine,) cranberry sauce (everyone’s.)
Place in a huge baking tray. Chuck in the aga for a couple of hours. Top with grated cheese.
Et Voi – la.

P.S. The weirdos will slather the above with ketchup or salad cream. Me, myself and I, being not quite so weird, artfully splashes a dash or several of Worcestershire Sauce!
