Kitchen Nightmares is proving a complete revelation in Human Psychology to me.

Mr Ramsay is Harsh. Brash. Foul-mouthed. Totally ruthless but…he seems to know what he is doing. Not just in the kitchen but with people.

And he cares – passionately about helping broken people pick themselves up and succeed.

BTW – Even I, a lowly Housewife, have cooked Lamb Shanks from scratch. A rare but much loved Dinner chez moi :o)
