I’d like to say that I am a Curry Expert – but I am NOT!
Though – I did grow up with Chinese and Indian food.
I’ve eaten the former in the Far East and the latter in the Middle East.
As well as my Mum’s and my m-i-l’s homemade from scratch Curry. One Chinese, the other Indian.
The last time (about 10 years ago) that we treated the family and guests to an Indian Night from the local Curry House it cost £80. Yup.
And it was feeble UK taste buds Curry. Bland. Tasteless. Inferior. Even the NAAN bread would’ve won a fight with the tyres on a car.
M’eh.
OK. Why am I still writing about food? Maybe to prove a point about people who BLAG their way through life and those who actually KNOW what they are doing because they have DONE it MANY times before ? ? ?
