Gordon as I (and many others) have never seen him before. At home with his family!

Like Mr R, my one-time ward now has a tiny daughter called Matilda aka Tilly. And, like some lovely people I’m acquainted with, he has a very young son.

Carbonara is a top three fave dish of mine. With tagliatelle. The best I ever tasted was in Rome.

Let’s see if #1 chef in the world can do it in 10 minutes…and if he can STOP winding his poor, beleaguered daughter up :o)
