No Apologies – except to my kids!

I watched this video a couple of weeks back, described it and promised to cook it soon. Ooops. Got side-tracked by puppy dog :o(

Anyhoo. I’ve done pulled pork many times in the Aga (Rayburn.) Once I put it in the bottom plate warmer overnight with a little water and double tin foil. It cooked VERY slowly for over 12 hours and fell to pieces.

BUTt (pun intended!) pork can be quite bland and tasteless. That’s why this recipe appealed to me.
