AND – when I was a very young child, this rhyme was a regular playground game. We knew it off by heart. Back in the day. When we were innocent.

I loved playing that game because of my favourite teddy. Not unlike the one in the image above.

But said word is now #banned.

Revelation – it was also the name of the Black Labrador puppy that I rescued from being killed at a local farm and grew up with. He was named after the dog owned by Guy Gibson of Dambusters Fame because we lived 4 miles away from the Petwood Hotel… which was wartime a base for the Dambusters Squadron.

Doggy – with the name we can’t say now – would drink beer in the officer’s mess, in this world famous hotel, out of his own bowl. Check it out!
