I can spend ages analysing the British Raj/Takeover of India History but…

I’ll stick to what I have experienced.

During my time in Pakistan and also the UAE, I had some amazing food.

Lamb Biryani – to die for. Local curry dishes – Schwoon. Vegetable Samosas – yum. Mulligatawny Soup. Peshwari Naan – Shut Up, GB.

I even had a Sari hand made for me in Karachi.

The Brits have a deep rooted love of Indian food. But once you’ve tasted the real thing…a Brit Indian House is a bit bland.
