The scene below is probably my fave (apart from the other crazy Jim scenes) of the Sherlock Series.

I shall end where I started. With Ravens :o)

Mum and I travelled down to London on the train with my 17 year old brother when he went to start his Royal Marines training. We were both devastated after we parted at King’s Cross – so Mum and I distracted ourselves with a galivant around the city. We found ourselves at HMS Belfast, moored on the Thames, opposite the Tower of London, and long decommissioned. Mum told me that Dad had served on HMS Belfast when he was in the Royal Marines.

A poignant day for us both.
