Isn’t that pretty?

I just opened my front door and took a picture.

In the left foreground is one of three pear trees that grow up the front of the house…all blossoming now.

In the right foreground is one of two climbing roses that have climbed so high that they are threatening the roof slates.

In the middle distance is probably MY favourite tree. The magnolia. The blooms last only a month but they are stunning.

Sunshine. Not a cloud in the sky. And still cold but I’m feeling fine :o)

P.S. I just scared all the pheasants and rabbits and blackbirds away. Not uncommon!
