I’ll start at home.

The image above is Butternut Squash (onion, red pepper, potato, carrot, garlic pepper, smoked paprika, salt) Soup with some of yesterday’s leftover ham thrown in and Scotch Rolls aka Soft Baps.

It’s already been half eaten by some in the house. And it’s only just past midday. Hrrumph!!!

When I came home on Saturday, all pleased and happy, with my strawberry plants, I was told that Sir Dyson of J.Edgar Hoover fame had just opened a massive strawberry farm a few miles away from here.

I went on the immediate RANTY vibe about how his Sirship’s farming methods on the fields that surround our home had poisoned our soil about 2 years ago and how my veg patch is now (literally) a pet cemetery because nothing good and organic can grow there.

This lady below is lovely. She comes from the West coast of Scotland.

BUT : she needs a wee kick up the arse with my size 5 wellie boot. In MY humble opinion.
