Our back door (which we always use) leads into the utility room. Which is about 20ft long by 15ft wide.

UTILITY ROOM.

In there we have an enormous American Style Fridge/Freezer (broken & useless & similar to the image above) plus a washing machine, tumble drier, two small fridges, an ancient butler’s sink, an antique Hungarian dog cart piled high with clothes to be ironed, part of the unfitted kitchen from the kitchen next to this room and at least 3 tons of crap.

Today I could not cope with it any more. So I went on Mission Impossible. Alone. Just me.

I moved all the above around the room, on my own.

And then when it came to finally cleaning the limestone flagged floor, I found that I’d run out of liquid cleaner.

Again – Necessity became the Mother of Invention so, I filled the mop bucket with boiling water and a good splosh of the rosemary water that I made yesterday.

Oooh. Sparkly clean and smelling fresh as a….rosemary bush !

I’m feeling a bit faint now. LOL :o)
