Ploughman’s Lunch

This is my meal of choice in any pub for lunch.

And we have a lunch for tea today. Because the sun is shining and it’s not rained once, yet. Woohoo.

A Ploughman’s Lunch has many variations. Ours is salad leaves, baby plum tomatoes, red pepper, pickled beetroot, piccalilli, pork pie, quiche lorraine, Branston pickle, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, both Brussels and Ardennes Pate, 7 minute boiled eggs, steamed baby new potatoes with butter, salt, pepper and lashings of the local baker’s fresh bread.

But I forgot the apples. My bad.

Yum :o)
