I have NEVER EVER claimed to be anything other than a peasant. My Dad grew up in poverty. Our family were just above the breadline.

We garden. WE grow. We fight anyone who stakes a claim. We stand proud. And WE DON’T TELL LIES. Or pretend. Or fake.

P.S. Lily & Annie (my two Nans) couldn’t have been more different. But they were BOTH true, loving “challenging” Matriarchs who had a profound affect on me and my life.
