Every single room in our house has a fireplace therefore a chimney…apart from the bathrooms which are partitions of bigger rooms. Even the attic has the most beautiful original Victorian fire grate in situ.

I actually won a knowledge contest today!

All but one of the chimneys are now blocked but we seem to have a Queen Bee who decided to make a summer palace high up on the roof.

NO, Mother. Honey Bees nest on the ground not in chimneys.

Aha!

Winner. Winner. Chicken Dinner.

Though – I will NOT be climbing on the roof to collect the honey. No Way. Na ah. NOT.

But we have multitudes of bees. SMUG Vibe :o)
