I’ve been humming this song all morning.
Yesterday I rescued a load of Violet plants that had been hidden under the sycamore saplings for a few years, plonked them in a bucket of water over night and have just replanted them in pots.
I schwoon at the scent of violets. They remind me of Anne, my Nan. And Lily, my other nan. Who was born and bred in a little Scottish village called Glasgow too :o)
So. I’m here for days like these. Gorgeous sunshine. My wonderful family. And LIFE !
