…Boring. And non-stop rain today. Double Boring. Lifting the atmos with music….an old favourite :o)  

OK. I’m having a strange day. WTF? Years ago this song was used in an advert for the NSPCC. National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. The words apply just as much – no, even more – today. Two beautiful voices with a message that resonates.  

It is amazing. The stuff you come across when you’re not actually looking. Snare Drum. The sound of my childhood. My late Dad was a drummer in the Royal Marines Band, many moons ago. I’d know that sound anywhere :o)

Tomorrow is the 1st of May. May Day. My youngest son’s birthday. I love May for many reasons but it also brings the huge lilac tree just outside the back door into full bloom. Lilac is intense, beautiful, short-lived but forever returning. And early Happy May Day t’ y’all. :o)

  Great Story…BBC NEWS – SPY WHALE   ‘Russian spy whale’ While friendly and cute, this whale has secrets. Found near Ingøya, Norway, it’s believed to have been trained by the Russian navy and was wearing a camera holder. Though it mostly seemed interested in fish and playing fetch.  

If reincarnation exists, and I’m born again, all I would ever ask for is this woman’s Voice. Eddi Reader. Perfect. (BTW Perfect is the first song I ever heard her sing. I’ve loved her voice ever since)
