How to make Live Oil aka The Fountain of Youth
Step One: In a glass container, pour pure sea salt (Dead Sea Salt is best but Celtic/Himalayan salt works too} until it is one third full.
Step Two: Top up the container with pure oil. (Grapeseed is best but olive oil, coconut oil etc work too.)
Step Three: For the next 7 days, shake said glass container. (Or as Arkwright says Ju-Ju-Jiggle it.)
Step Four: You now have an Ormus concentrate to use on your skin or take internally.
Step Five: Check your bank balance.
Step Six: Put two fingers up to Oil of Olay, Chanel, Estee Lauder (add your own favourite BRAND)
PS This works for many skin disorders, skin conditions, ages, regardless of gender and species. Use it on your pets.
SIDE NOTE:
As mentioned once or twice before on this site –
I have a brain that ping-pongs all over the place.
Madness in my method? Yes.
Also method in my madness.
This will all connect. One day.
Trust me ;o)
How do you dilute this to take internally or to use on skin?

No need to dilute it, Ruth. It is good to go. I recommend grapeseed oil because it is very light and absorbent – it’s what aromatherapists use. If you want it purely for salad dressing or a teaspoon a day dose – you can get food grade oil. Hope this helps :o)
