Wayhay. Having a trip down Nostalgia Lane today via FULL BLAST music in the eardrums.
“Music is the food of Love. Play On.” Somebody said that, somewhere :o)
I’ve just found a whole bunch of Cds that I’d totally forgotten about.
Abba. Sorry but….always Abba.
Eddi Reader….Voice Envy.
Dido….Loving it.
Alanis Morrisette…You Go Girl
Kate Bush….Giving my age away here.
Sinead O’Connor…Conflicted lady but a perfect face and voice.
Shoot. All girls together.
I’m having a Girly Music Day. Whooop.
Excellent choices in female voice and song! I adore Sinead O’Connor also. Her early singing was pure “Celt”, whatever definition you like. Her interpretation of “She Moved Through the Fair” has no equal, because in the emotion of her voice you can actually feel loss, mourning and passing.
