Autumn. Lovely season. Or it used to be way back when.

Now, it’s torrential rain and gale force winds. So ALL the leaves blow off at once.

The mower is broken. The mower repair shop has just gone bust.  Boarded up. No one home.

The hole in the roof is…holier (?)….and we’ve run out of buckets to put on the attic stairs.

The temperature is falling and some silly bastard thought it was a good idea to Bomb somewhere in Saudi.

Now the oil prices have rocketed and we can’t afford to light up th’Aga.
