Some mad female announced this morning that she wanted French Onion Soup today.

Well. That would be the cat or Me!?

French recipe. 

Don’t cry for me Spanish onions.

Local beef stock.

Greek Olive Oil.

Irish butter.

Italian panini.

Italian dry white wine.

English cheese. (I’d use Swiss Gruyère but I don’t have enough limbs to buy it)

And the very best ever best French Onion Soup that I ever tasted was in…..

New York.

I think that (apart from the recipe) she missed the French bit there.

Sigh!
