Wherever we went – this was always a favourite meal.

I’ve done cooked in Dubai by Pakistanis. Cooked in Karachi by Pakistanis. Cooked by xyz on flights out East.

Cooked today. By ME. I was a little scared. One kid knows ALL about this meal. One has never tried it before.

Well. 10 outta 10 scored.

I, horribly, mangled the recipe below. No almonds. Or fancy garnish. No yoghurt. Etc

But it worked :o)
