Pulled pork and Colcannon.

Oh. Yes. I remember Cold Cannon.

Gritted teeth vibe?

Colcannon (IRISH: cál ceannann, meaning “white-headed cabbage”)

Mine is mash potato. Sweetheart cabbage. LOTS of pepper and a pinch of salt. A splash of cream and a blob of Salted Irish Butter.

P.S. I usually make it with fried bacon but the Pulled Pork is enough today!
